a. The review process for a manuscript authored or co-authored by the Editor is handled confidentially by the Associate Editor.

b. For a manuscript authored or co-authored by the Associate Editor, the review process is handled confidentially by the Editor.

c. For a manuscript authored or co-authored by both the Editor and the Associate Editor, the review process is handled confidentially by the Chair of the Editorial Board.

d. For each of the above situations, the files reflect the final disposition of the manuscript, but not the names of the reviewers.
